After over a decade in the home care industry, sisters Nicole and Cindy Watson noticed a troubling pattern: large agencies were growing, but the quality of care was declining. Families were being treated likeasdasdasd case numbers, and caregivers rotated so frequently that trust became impossible. Determined to change that, they founded Love From The Heart—a fully independent, Ontario-based agency where every decision is made with compassion, dignity, and accountability in mind. Today, their hands-on leadership ensures that each care plan honors the client’s autonomy, well-being, and desire to age in place with grace.
